About this opportunity
This is a Solicitation Notice for Specialized Operational Equipment (SOE) to include Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) Equipment. The various types of SOE & CBRNE equipment are but not limited to thermal imagery equipment, night vision imagery equipment, nonintrusive inspection systems, TSA approved baggage scanners, autonomous reconnaissance such as small unmanned aerial systems and surveillance, and auxiliary items like SOE parts & components, CBRNE detection equipment, CBRNE auxiliary items, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc. Bidder DD254 is added to the notice on 27 April 2026.
