Presolicitation Notice The VA New Jersey Health Care System within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2 has a need for a contractor who can provide emergency residential housing and case management services to homeless Veterans as part of the community-based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. This housing program is for VA health care eligible Veterans who require safe and stable living arrangements while seeking permanent housing. The contractor works in close collaboration with VA to provide Veterans community-based, residential environments with sufficient therapeutic services to meet the needs of those Veterans.
