Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, the Government anticipates entering into a sole-source procurement with EMERITUS CLINICAL SOLUTIONS INC, certified/verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for Hospital Bed and Stretcher Maintenance and Repair, at the William S.
