The Government has removed the requirement to submit Appendix AA (NON-KEY Specimen Collector and Clinic training certifications) with the proposal. Offerors must instead provide a signed attestation of compliance as described in the forthcoming amendment. This change does not affect the proposal due date. The Price Proposal Template is updated.
