About this opportunity

In order to ensure the safe transport of DoWEA students, DoWEA requires the On-board Vehicle Surveillance System (OBVSS), a digital vehicle video camera system with audio capability designed to record on board images and sound. Data captured by the OBVSS would be transferred from the vehicle to a Student Transportation Office (STO) for review (of picture and sound) on a government computer or laptop. DoWEA requires that each student transportation vehicle be equipped with cameras with synchronized audio capability for monitoring passenger behavior on the vehicle and monitoring the loading and unloading of passengers.
