Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to exercise a lease renewal using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Tampa, Florida at Tampa Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding 21,820 ANSI/BOMA office area and 78 adjacent parking spaces effective June 2, 2026. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
