Veterans Health Administration (VHA) seeks Expression of Interest for Leased Medical Space in the Bothell, Snohomish and surrounding area in WA State for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Lease Term of 20 years, 15 Firm. Sq. Ft. 21,768 ABOA / 24,489 RSF. See attached Notice for more details. Potential Offerors must be capable of successfully performing a lease contract, including design and construction of the facility on a VHA pre-approved site, as well as all maintenance and operation requirements for the duration of the lease term.
