About this opportunity
USDA�s Agriculture Marketing Service Cotton Classing Office in Corpus Christi to renovate selected areas of the building. This includes conversion of storage space into offices, reception area upgrades, flooring improvements, and limited electrical/telecom additions consistent with USDA standards and applicable codes. Solicitation documents are posted below. RFIs and responses: Occupancy & Noise Restrictions: Will the facility be fully occupied during the construction period? Are there specific noise-restricted hours that we should account for regarding drilling, wall demolition, or electrical work?
