Amendment 3: This solicitation is being amended to update the clauses and provisions, specifically adding 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (Deviation 2026-O0038) and 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (Deviation 2026-O0038).
