On or about May 18, 2026, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Omaha District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the rehabilitation of roads and grounds of Oahe Dam Project north of Pierre SD The SATOC will be for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on roadways at Oahe Dam near Fort Pierre, SD. During the contract period, the government will identify tasks required to complete each specific job and will issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
