About this opportunity

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with Apollo Sheet Metal, requesting an FOB destination, firm fixed priced quote for the replacement of both the heating and cooling system?s three-way valves and actuators, as well as the flow control mechanisms to enhance performance and efficiency ensuring that they are entirely compatible with existing control software at NSWC Bayview, in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
