Solictation Amendment FA481926Q00210001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following language into Section 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: "The Government will proceed to award the contract to the contractor who provides the best value." This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a one-time interior and exterior cleaning service at the CONR-AFNORTH (1AF) Complex, located at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the cleaning of interior and exterior windows, interior walls and light fixtures, exterior gutters and downspouts, and pressure washing of exterior walls and sidewalks for buildings 1210, 1212, and 1214.
