eMAM Media Asset Management maintenance and business licenses

About this opportunity

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support for maintenance of its Empress Media Asset Management (eMAM) system. The Office of the Librarian�s Design Office, Office of Communications and Multimedia Group (MMG) currently use the eMAM tracking all its produced media assets in a centralized system. The eMAM system was procured in FY24 and implemented during summer 2025. The first year of maintenance for the system was included as part of the initial procurement. On-going manufacturer support is required for the licensed users, and to ensure active support on the custom implementation of the system.
