About this opportunity
AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract under FAR Part 15 Procedures for the purchase of Low Background Infrared Facility Services to Jung Research and Development Corp. (Cage 3JES1). Jung Research and Development Corp was the only company identified as capable of meeting this requirement without substantial duplication of cost that could not be expected to be recovered through competition. Further, there would be unacceptable delays in fulfilling its requirements to the MDA and its mission if another contractor other than JRAD was used.
