The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is planning a requirement for a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract to build a new Deployable Airbase System (DABS) with facilities, vehicles, and equipment (FEV) in Rygge, Norway. The project�s anticipated magnitude of construction is between $50,000,000.00 and $125,000,000.00 with a construction duration of 830 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (around March of 2027). This procurement is an unrestricted (full-and-open competition) Request for Proposal (RFP) using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36 and FAR Part 15 with the Tradeoff source selection process.
