Request for Information (RFI): Shipyard Plural-Component Coating Application Capabilities 1. Introduction and Purpose The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research and gauge the experience, capabilities, and technical proficiency of various shipyards in plural component spray systems. No contract will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specification or drawing available at this time, except as noted below. 2.
