1. Introduction/Purpose The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York, has a requirement for full-scale food services. Performance objectives include quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, sanitation, staffing, and management oversight. USMMA intends for this to be a Fixed Price, performance-based contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, for a total potential period of performance of five years. The purpose of this announcement is to identify interested and capable businesses, increase industry awareness, and gain feedback to assist with acquisition planning.
