PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to Echoview Software PTY, LTD GPO for the purchase of Echoview Maintenance and Technical Support Software Licenses and services for oceanographic and acoustic surveys. This contract is expected to have a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, with a total period of performance of 2026 - 2031. This software is highly specialized for acoustic data collection and processing.
