This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Phillips Corporation, Inc. (CAGE: 3MPQ0), 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Suite 200, Hanover, MD 21076. The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover Air Force Base, DE, intends to procure one (1) new HAAS UMC-750 5-Axis Vertical Milling Machine, including required factory options, delivery, installation, and training, in support of the 436th Maintenance Squadron (MXS). The machine is required to fabricate non-procurable, mission-critical components for the C-5M and C-17 aircraft fleets, directly supporting aircraft availability and mission readiness.
