The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N0002426R4412 for execution of the USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD 26) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA), planned for fiscal year 2027 (FY27). The solicitation will be issued on a Coast-Wide (West Coast) basis. Upon a contractor�s completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability. USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD 26) FY27 DSRA is anticipated to be slightly longer than 18 months, beginning in AUGUST 2027 and completing in FEBRUARY 2029.
