Request for Information (RFI) Subject: Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) Services for Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) 1. Introduction & Purpose (BLUF) The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to identify potential sources capable of providing base-wide Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services at Edwards AFB. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. 2.
