NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to University of Miami located at 1150 NW 14th St. Miami, FL 33125. The Miami VA Medical Center requires Pathology Lab testing consisting of specialized and urgent referral testing services. This service shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami VA Medical Center, located at 1201 NW 16th St. Miami FL 33125. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used, resulting in a firm fixed price Contract for a one-year period.
