PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project # 695-22-123 Upgrade North Campus Medium Voltage Feeders. The primary purpose of this project is to convert the current Milwaukee VA Campus north underground medium voltage electrical distribution system from a radial system to a composite primary loop radial system. The primary loop radial system will enable improved redundancy, maintainability, safety, isolation capability, and fault detection.
