The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), Fort Wayne Campus, located at 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Reusable Medical Device (RMD) and general surgical instrument Preventative Maintenance (PM) and routine maintenance. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, equipment, supplies, etc. to ensure that the medical devices and instrumentation are maintained in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement has been 100% set-aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
