About this opportunity
The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repair and on-site service for an InSight X3 DualC laser system, a critical component of an NIH-owned microscope. The system is currently non-operational, resulting in halted experiments and disruption to active research studies. The requested services will restore the laser system to full operational status in accordance with OEM factory specifications. A field service technician supporting the DC/MD/VA region will perform on-site uninstallation, packing, and preparation of the laser system for shipment to the OEM factory.
