About this opportunity
The NRCS is soliciting quotes from Contractors for the completion of an impact assessment for proposed upgrades to the PMC. These upgrades would in part repurpose a currently underutilized storage area into a 1000 square foot training and conference space. Details of the project are contained in the attached documents. Questions must be submitted by 2:00pm Central Time on May 12, 2026. Questions and answers will be made public by solicitation amendment on SAM.gov. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on June 3, 2026, by email to Bobby Copenny, II, ContractSpecialist, at bobby.copenny@usda.gov.
