The 177th Fighter Wing Mission Support Contracting (MSC) Office intends to award a sole-source contract to TRONAIR Inc. 1 Air Cargo Pwy E Swanton, OH 43558 for two (2) CPT Digital Flowmeter Upgrades for the F-16 Portable Cabin Pressure Tester (Part Number: 15-7609-6000-FJ). This action is executed under the authority of RFO FAR part 12.201-1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This sole-source procurement is supported by an approved memorandum applicable to all USAF F-16 Maintenance Units. The memorandum, signed by the AFLCMC Systems Engineering Lead, Mr. Michael J.
