The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to issue a solicitation package seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the construction of a project at Fort Drum, NY. The project magnitude is between $10- $25 million. This will be a full and open solicitation. Summary of Work: This will be a Design-Build (DB) construction project for the construction of five (5) new water wells. This will include well houses, SCATA systems/controls, site work and grading, utilities, and storm water management features. The project also includes approximately 5 miles of waterline, comms, duct bank, overhead powerlines, and other related work at Fort Drum. A strong site superintendent will be required.
