Notice Of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 intends to solicit and negotiate with Varian for the acquisition of maintenance on the Varian RPM Gating and Velocity Grid systems for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source can provide the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized and proprietary.
