This RFQ is for a firm-fixed price for EMDR Therapy training for the VA Northern California in accordance with the performance work statement. Offeror to submit quote per instructions provided in 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. Please submit quote via email to Derrick.hill1@va.gov. EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) Certified Instructor who can train mental health clinical staff in EMDRIA Approved EMDR Therapy in a virtual environment, books/materials and post-training consultation included as part of the purchase. Please submit questions to derrick.hill1@va.gov no later than May 15, 2026 3:00pm MST. Please ensure to sign and return all required documents by close date of May 20, 2026 3:00pm MST. Period of Performance: 07/06/2026 through 07/05/2027
