The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Sioux Falls, SD, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide the following: The Sioux Falls VA has a requirement for a brand name Bobcat Tool Cat model UW56 for grounds maintenance operations. Must have diesel engine with engine block heater, and heady duty battery. The facility currently has maintenance parts and knowledge of diesel engines. No gasoline engine. Must have four-wheel drive with speed management to set the engine speed at optimal RPM for attachment being operated at the time.
