The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Combat Electronics Program (PMA 209), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a Modification to Delivery Order N0042125F0029 under Contract N0042124G0003 with Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, IA to add additional quantities for the implementation and integration of A & B Kits within the C/KC-130T Control Display Navigation Unit (CDNU) -7000 Series. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
