The proposed source is �RS Means Company LLC.� The supply being procured is RS Means Facilities Maintenance and Repair (FMR) data. RS Means data is the only data that can currently work with the TRIRIGA software to calculate the costs construction professionals use to create budgets, estimate projects, and validate their own cost data and plan for ongoing facilities maintenance.
