The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department intends to solicit on a full and open basis for administrative, professional, and technical support of the defense of Iranian FMS claims against the United States Government at the Iran - U.S. Claims Tribunal, The Hague, Netherlands. The objective of this requirement is to provide the Navy�s Office of the General Counsel and Department of State the most thorough and exhaustive litigation support possible. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance is expected to be from 01 October 2026 through 30 September 2027, with four (4) 12-month option periods and one (1) 6-month option period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.
