About this opportunity
The project includes all design and construction necessary to renovate and modernize the eight (8) lane Bowling Center (Bldg. 485) to include replacement of the existing pinsetter unit with new pinsetter unit to include string bowling, electronic gaming area and food operation including all demolition, installation, renovation, temporary construction and restoration necessary to produce a complete and useable facility. The Work includes, but not limited to: 1. Site Investigation: The Contractor shall provide all surveys and perform all necessary site investigation utility locates (including, but not limited to, sub-surface utility �pot holing�) as required to complete the design and/or construction of the project.
