MSC has a limited source requirement to purchase two (2) NAVSEA-FAIRLEADER ASSEMBLY (PN: X111F-475-2158-SS3-H43A / CAT # 700006009) for the Fairlead Rollers Stations 3 & 4 aboard the USNS HENRY J. KAISER (T-AO 187). METSO USA INC is the OEM of the roller, fairleader 4-way assembly required on the RAS stations 3 and 4 aboard the USNS HENRY J. KAISER (T-AO 187). METSO does not sell directly to the government. They sell to a limited number of third parties who handle transactions with the government. Please see atached documents.
