This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with only one source, WebMD Health Corp/The Staywell Co, LLC, to provide Krames on Demand/Custom Content Builder Software as a Service to the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source award under the authority of RFO 12.201 1, which permits the use of simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions.
