Amend #4 This solicitation has been amended to separate the pricing for Tele-triage and Telehealth. Please see the revised Attachments 1 and 2 for Amend 4. Therefore, Section M, the Price Criteria "order of importance" has slightly changed and has also been amended. This will replace the ones submitted within the previous solicitations. Due to this revision, this solicitation has been extended to May 29th. Amend #3 This solicitation has been amended to add the list of Telehealth services to the PWS. It is also located on Attachment 1 and 6-C (missing "Pain Management" though). Important Note: Please ensure that you read the solicitation thoroughly especially the telehealth sections since it is new.
