About this opportunity
The United States Air Force Band requires specialized transportation services for the movement of approximately 10 -15 pallets of cargo, including personal luggage, musical instruments (to include temperature-sensitive items), and fragile audio/production equipment to Oslo, Norway. Required services include secure pickup, palletization, climate-controlled transport (as needed), white-glove handling, and time-definite delivery. The contractor must be capable of protecting high-value, sensitive equipment from environmental and physical damage and provide appropriate insurance coverage.
