This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.103-170. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, six (6) Rynglok Fitting Tool Set (Part Number (P/N) RTSK8-02-001; National Stock Number (NSN) 5180-01-368-8873) from Eaton Aeroquip Inc (CAGE 00624) and/or its authorized distributors in support of the V-22 and F/A-18 Program. Eaton, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Rynglok Tool Set, and the owner of all technical data pertaining to the Rynglok Tool Set.
