CLIN STRUCTURE FOR PUBLIC FEEDBACK -------- The Government is seeking focused industry feedback on whether Option 4 of the Lock and Dam 25 contract should be structured as a fixed-price incentive arrangement. The anticipated structure is firm-fixed-price for the base and Options 1 through 3. This market research is limited to whether Option 4 should remain firm-fixed-price or use a fixed-price incentive successive targets (FPIS) approach. ----- Important framing for respondents. This request does not indicate that the Government has selected an incentive contract type.
