NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO GLOBAL RESOLUTIONS, INC. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Global Resolutions, Inc., 1574 County Road 222, Hamilton, TX 76531-3207. Under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.102(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
