PROJECT TITLE: CONTROL TOWER ROOF REPLACEMENTPROJECT LOCATION: BROOKVILLE LAKE, 10064 OVERLOOK ROAD, BROOKVILLE, IN 47012The contractor shall provide a turn-key project to replace the existing 31? x 35? EPDM roof system on the ControlTower with a new, fully adhered .060 TPO roof system. The work includes all demolition, substrate inspection andrepair, installation of new insulation and membrane, and all associated detail and flashing work to provide acomplete, watertight roofing assembly.
