Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 in Houston, Texas 77030, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract as a follow on for procurement titled: Urgent and Emergent Dispense of Pharmacy Medications for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport, Louisiana with Heritage Health Solutions, Inc. for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) additional, 12 month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government; and, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
