The Government intends to issue a sole source award to Transonic Systems, Inc., 34 Dutch Mill Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850, for the Transonic HD03 system. Background and Requirement: The Dallas VA Health Care System requires the Transonic HD03 system, including the HD03 Monitor, H4FX sensor, and Patient Measurement Module without Patient ID Input, to support health care operations within Patient Care Services.
