On behalf of Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) issues this request for quotation (RFQ) for healthcare building construction data and price updates for the four major Census regions (Northeast, South, Midwest, and West) to be delivered on a quarterly basis. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) requires data and services to aid in creating four regional (Northeast, South, Midwest, and West) healthcare building cost models in order to maintain and improve the consumer product indexes it produces.
