Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLET), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 12.102(a) to ATA Engineering, Inc. Please see the BOM attached to this notice for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
