Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for on-site expert financial accounting services to BUDFIN Treasury & Accounting to ensure accurate, timely accounting operations; support IPSAS implementation and training; support centralized accounting strategy/system upgrade activities; and support preparation of ACT consolidated annual financial statements, including audit liaison and follow-up. Period of Performance: Contract award � 31 December 2026 with one 12-month option period. Bids shall be received at HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office, no later than 26 May 2026, 0900 hours.
