The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to find any potential small businesses that can provide the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) services of Precision Pressure Standard, Model 3689A equipment, in support of our nation's Naval mission. In accordance with RFO FAR 15.101(c), the Government does not intend to award a contract based on the sources sought notice or otherwise pay for the information requested and responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal.
