The 144th Fighter Wing at Fresno Air National Guard Base (ANGB) intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal construction services, to include all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to remove four existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and their auxiliary air ducting and electrical and drain lines.
